Synapse macro not recognized in Pro Cycling Manager 2025

Hello,

I’m using a Razer keyboard that doesn’t include a numeric keypad.
To play Pro Cycling Manager 2025, I created a macro in Synapse to simulate numpad keys 4 and 6, which are used to move the cyclist left and right.

However, when I test the macro in the game, nothing happens. It works outside the game, but the input seems to be ignored by PCM25.

Is this a known issue with Synapse macros not being detected in certain games?
Is there a recommended workaround for simulating numpad input when the keyboard doesn’t have a numeric pad?
