Synapse Mouse Polling rate not showing
I have a problem with razer synapse for a week now, the problem is that i cant adjust my mouse polling rate cause when i click on the box it opens but nothing shows.
I did already a clean synapse installation twice and nothing changed.
The mouse is a Lancehead TE. Had this mouse for a bit now and never had a problem like this.

Khain-di-nodApologies for the inconvenience. There is an issue with Synapse 3 that users were unable to set the polling rate for Lancehead TE, and the dropdown option for the polling rate is empty. Please be aware that Razer is aware of this behavior, and a fix will be available in the future Synapse update (no ETA yet). I’ll be locking this thread now.
