Synapse no longer recognizes my Lian Li Case

After the most recent windows update my Lian Li Razer case is no longer listed as a device in Synapse. Previously I could exit Synapse and then relaunch to find the case but this no longer works. The case is just spectrum cycling. Really has been frustrating and causes my whole set up to look ridiculous because it no longer matches.
Make sure that your Synapse 3.0 and the RGB sync app of your motherboard is updated. You might also want to check if Synapse has been set as the default lighting controller. The Windows update may have reset permissions rendering previous configurations moot.

Could you explain how to make Synapse the default lighting controller in windows 10 Pro?
For now, navigate to the Chroma Apps tab and disable the motherboard lighting from the apps list to restore control to Synapse. By the way, do you have Razer peripherals plugged into your system?
Yes I have the Razer Basilisk Mouse and Ornata Chroma Keyboard. Also have a Philips hue light bar connected too. If I go to my connect tab and then go to the Chroma Apps per your advice I only have 3 games listed. My Asus Aura lighting software is not listed to disable. Now this issue is intermittent, for example today when I booted this pc the Lian Li Case is listed? But if I restart or boot a different day it sometimes does not find it.

The thing is, Synapse does not communicate directly with the case lighting. It merely sends Chroma instructions to the Aura Lighting software. You might want to troubleshoot your motherboard lighting app since only the case is affected.
