I’m having the same issue was this fixed?
i got this one too … after switching to win11 razer synapse software was updated as well, and profiles was gone + its now not able to switch between profiles based on which applications/games running….
Same issue here… I’ve seen this now in several places/forums/posts and most have gone unanswered but one of them said they had success by turning off the CHROMA feature. Mine was working for a month or so with the settings as they currently are now, with CHROMA enabled.
We need to be sure no other conflicting software is running, like other mouse or keyboard mgmt. software… must also try unlinking/relinking the profiles… and/or uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it altogether.
I’m in the process of trying to identify/eliminate potential conflicts at the moment. Still, Razer should be doing much more to address these problems, which, from the posts I’ve seen, goes back 3 yrs!
Having the same issue but I can fix (per restart) by exiting all apps in the razer software and then end tasking everything that I s razer (3 running apps for me) and then relaunching. It works for the time my computer is on. Supper frustrating for such a big company. I have formatted my computer and reinstalled everything from scratch and it still doesn't work for months now… going to switch to a better company next update. Tired of spending top dollar on bad engineering and day return time on tickets.
