Hi
Received this controller as an early father’s day gift and it’s a great controller, however when it is connected to my PC and to Synapse, the program doesn’t recognise that it is connected.
My PC says it is connected and it is through a third party USB-C 3.0 cable in a USB 3.0 port. It works on the PC as a controller, but neither Synapse 3 or 4 recognise it at all.
Is there a fix for this or is it not compatible?
