Hi, I see someone else have posted about this issue, but I couldn't reply to that thread, so starting a new one. I have the samme issue. I have two razer mice charging docks connected at the same time, and Synapse can only see one of them, or see both as one. So it's not possible to configure any of them, they run their own show. Can razer please fix this issue please.

Hello there! Thanks for generating this thread. Please be aware that the Razer Synapse 3.0's is designed to detect one PID_VID or USB ID only. This is why it cannot show/control two devices with the same model. I suggest sending our devs a message by using the Razer Synapse 3.0's feedback section located on the main screen or by clicking the avatar at the top-right corner of the app. I'll be locking this thread now.
