synapse not running

So i got my death adder mini v2 days ago went to install synapse 3 and it installed but when i double click the icon in task bar it says synapse not running and when i try to start it it doeisnt do nothing... All services is running and when i go to task manager it shows the synapse running but yea it just wont pop up?? I reinstalled it like 5 times now and still not working??? Is there any fix for this??? thank you.

    Hmm... seem liked i solved it at least for me not sure for anyone else. I been having a problem were i would get event viewer 15005 error which would time out 50% of my net to apps weeks ago and i found a fix for it which i did this in powershell netsh http iplisten ipaddress= <your pc ip> and it fixed my problem i was having. But i figured i try deleting it netsh http delete iplisten ipaddress= <your pc ip> And... bang synapse pop up and worked! .... Now my other problem might pop up again... But at least synapse works lol... Not sure if this will apply to anyone else sadly tho :/ what it seems like that was blocking synapse from connecting?
