Synapse not showing correct keyboard Blade 15

I noticed 2 keys, # and \\ are no longer lighting at all. When checking in Synapse, neither key appears on the keyboard layout so cannot be assigned lights. Both keys work correctly. I'm in the UK and all Windows settings are for the UK. I've tried reinstalling Synapse and this has made no difference. Laptop is 2018 Blade advance.

    Interesting. Do you mind sending me a short clip detailing the keyboard's behavior and how it appears on Synapse? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the laptop as well. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
