Hey, this is a huge pain in the ass and im now multiple account signups and registers and transfers to get these stupid effing expensive devices to actually fkin work. WHY does my new keyboard and mouse only show up as partially loaded or whatever in synapse dashboard? There is no info online about this… Ive reinstalled everything restarted blah blah… Several hours into battling with this expensive crap and Im near to returning it for another brand.
