I cant use THX spatial audio, EQ, Sound Normalization, bass boost, voice clarity its just not worked.
my windows is up to date, uninstall-reinstall synapse but its not working.
I bought a new headset kraken v3 hypersense but I cannot use any of its features.
Im pretty damn sure it was a Synapse update a few months back. When i bought the headset i had no problems after one update my headsets feature work randomly. A new dumb thing is my headset refuses to work while charging or plugged in either it shuts off or no features work while charging, im forced to switch headsets when it gets low battery. When they synced the THX and the kraken v3 option into one ive had nothing but problems its not the headset because i returned it to best buy and the new one does the same exact thing.
