I just got a Blackwidow v4 X and when using Synapse my numpad2 does not light up. It works fine when it is closed, and I didn’t have this issue on my old Razer keyboard. I have tried reinstalling, different studio settings, resetting the keyboard, different usbs, but I cannot find a fix.

Have you already updated the Synapse application and try reinstalling the driver of your keyboard for further isolation? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and help you escalate your concern to the software team for advanced resolution. Thank you!
