I’m using Synapse 4 and it sees my Chroma keyboard and Viper Mini, but only the keyboard has the right lighting profile. The Viper Mini isn’t registering RGB profile and the DPI button doesn’t change the DPI, but the stage cycle registers in the Synapse app.

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can try to reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
