Synapse softare preventing monitors from sleeping

I have a black widow keyboard, headphones and a naga trinity 3 mouse. I can use these fine without the software installed - but the moment I install the software my monitors will not go to sleep. I have seen other threads that says to disable the game pad controller HID but I do not have one in my device manager. How can i re-enable my monitors going to sleep AND why is this still an issue - i have found this to go back 6 years (2015). I am very disappointed to having to be dealing with this....especially when you have known about this for so long
