Synapse Software Issue after Update 20230207 | Razer Insider

Hi,

after i update to the newest Version (20230207) and restart the computer the Synapse Software do not load my gaming profiles and do not start the chroma app and if i got it to start without my profiles.



The only way to got it work is to open every start of the computer the task manager and close all the Razer applications and start Synapse once again.



I tryed my hardware on my Laptop with the older Version and all works fine so it must be a software problem.



I unsinstall Synapse several times and delete all folders but the issue still there.



Now i stoped Synapse to start at the start of the computer so that i have to start it manualy, sometimes it worked and sometimes not but that should not be now the way.

here the same problem. But only under Windows 10. Windows 11 works. On Windows 10 Synapse starts not correct. No Chroma settings works. Keyboard shows only black keys and the connected Philips Hue works also not.



@Lazopilami I have test Your Solution (Kill all prozesses for Razer Synapse and start it manually) , this works also for my, but that can not be the way .
