I have searched on the net and many users have this problem and there is no solution because Razer just tells us there's nothing wrong!
Well, there is!
Once in a while, I guess 2x per week, the Synapse forgets profiles. This might be when the computer was doing nothing for a while, but also in midst of a game!
Only stupid solution is to unload the zynapse software and then start it up again. This will reload the profiles.
This problem both exist on a computer with just 1 user as well as with multiple users.
This is a very big problem with my new computer setup because the regular user that plays games is a normal user, so unable to start the Synapse software (no administrator rights)
RAZER, START LISTENING TO ALL THOSE USERS AND FIX THIS PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR EVER!

Hey there! Thanks for posting this on our support board. This is odd. Have you tried replicating the missing using a guest or a different Razer Synapse account? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
