Synapse takes away my audio

I recently got the Razer Kraken v3 wireless and while I have the Razer software (Everything is up to date, newest versions) running, it completely cuts my audio even when I change from THX to V3 Pro, default settings or otherwise. What do I do?

    Try the steps here on how to fix audio issues with your headset. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can look for other workarounds to help you address the issue. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
