Hello ... I had 3 items registered in Synapse and one is no longer there. I finally got a new computer and have been updating with files from the other hard drive. I noticed that my Tarantula is not in the list of compatible devices. I did have 3 products registered so I could use Synapse. So, does this mean I have to go find another Razer product so I can take advantage of the Synapse program? Sorry, I've looked everywhere to find the answer before posting. Thanks for your help!

Funny, in order to get support .. my only option is to post here. I have always bought Razer products and this is really disheartening that no one can comment (other than myself) to offer help or suggestions. I have updated Synapse 2 and Synapse 3. I am looking to get the EQ back and would like some assistance. Please and thank you!
