Synapse Unable to Start | Razer Insider

I have installed it, but for some reason, it won't start. My computer keeps asking me if I want to run it.

Finally, it shows:

Failed to start RETRY

Why is this product so unstable? I've used Logitech's GHUB, and I never encountered such a strange issue. Also, why is there only an English forum for support? English is not my native language, and it's quite frustrating.

I'm using a genuine version of Windows with regular updates, and it's currently up to date."
