Synapse # update wiped wont let me remap after wiping keybinds

I have the same issue with my Huntsman Elite, and my naga trinity. after the update all of my profiles are wiped and all my keybindings and chromastudio mappings are all gone and I cannot remap any of them. synapse 3 obviously. edit: Just something I noticed. I opened one of my games and noticed that my keybinds for that game are actually working for that game. Even though the synapse still shows nothing and even the tray icon says there's no devices. So I'm not sure what is going on but I don't believe the mappings are actually gone.

Please note that we are investigating the cause of this. We did find that running Repair via Add and Remove Programs will fix the issue, and the profiles you lost should reappear. Do send me a message should the problems persist. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
