Synapse Visualizer just stops | Razer Insider

I have my mouse/keyboard and mouse dock all set to be reacting to the sounds on my computer. It works fine until I set the mouse on the dock and let PC go to sleep while I sleep. When I get back up and start using everything again, the keyboard sets itself to just spectrum cycling, and the mouse and dock just go black. No lights at all. If I go into synapse and start messing with the settings, I can get them to light up, but not react to the sound anymore. But this last time, I just unplugged the dock and plugged it back in and the settings are now working the way they were. Is there a fix for this, or am I just going to have to wear out my cord by unplugging and plugging back in every time I my PC goes to sleep?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse 3.0's behavior here. Please gather your laptop's Synapse logs by following the steps here. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
Not on a laptop. Never said I was on a laptop. It's a PC, as in desktop tower.....

But I sent the requested info in a PM via the link above...
