synapse web is greyed out with a compatible device

i just got my razer v4 pro mice along with a new linux pc, in excitement of it being web based and linux compatible but when i connect my mice to it, everything is grayed out and inaccessible. i read that its a firefox problem but its doing this even on chrome.

Thanks for sharing your concern and congrats on your new mouse and PC. At the moment, Razer Synapse 4 is only supported on Windows 10 64‑bit and Windows 11. It is not officially supported on Linux, even when accessed through a web browser, which is why Synapse Web shows your device as greyed out and the options are inaccessible in both Firefox and Chrome.

Your Razer mouse is compatible with Razer Synapse 4 on a supported Windows system, but the same functionality isn’t available on Linux right now.
