SYNAPSE WILL NOT LET ME CREATE AN ACCOUNT, SAYS .NET 4.8 NOT COMPATIBLE

I have tried to register an account through my laptop’s account creation menu and it wont let me continue even though I have entered an email and password. So then I tried installing synapse 3, it wouldn’t install a thing because it said .net 4.8 wasnt compatible (I am using a Razer Blade Stealth 14 Windows Home 64bit with .net 4.6). So then I installed Synapse 2, which then told me to go to Razer’s website to make an account, done, yet there is no software control to make my keyboad lighting turn on, that is all I want is the keyboard lights to turn on and to control what color is displayed. Why the hell isn’t basic lighting control already built in let alone the massive softare, over 400 to 700MBS JUST FOR A BACKLIGHT TO TURN ON?! This is disgusting. There is nothing on Youtube about this. Pressing the fn key just lights up the F keys and that’s it. What the hell is this? I bought this laptop off ebay and there is no proof of purchase to upload and the webpage for registering this laptop doesn’t let me continue even tho I filled everything out and there is no red star next to proof of purchase. And I was told by some webpage that it is no longer under warranty. God man, just to turn on a backlight to go through all this, sickening and dumb.
