Synapse with surround 7.1 crash on windows 10 2004

Hello today i updated windows 10 to the 2004 version, and the sound was horrible, i had to uninstall the razer surround and synapse to get normal, i tried to install both today, and the activation code doesn't work and the synapse doesn't open. I have a problem authenticating the account too, I changed my phone number and I can't register the new one, because it sends the code to my old number that I no longer have access to, could you help me?
