Synapse won't recognize my keyboard

Hello, As the title says, I have purchased the BlackWidow ultimate 2016 keyboard and installed the Synapse 3 BETA software. It shows my mouse, DeathAdder Elite but not the keyboard. I have restarted the computer. What have I missed? Cheers Pawly

The Blackwidow Ultimate 2016 is not supported on Synapse 3 yet, so you will have to use Synapse 2 (download here). You can still use Synapse 3 for your mouse at the same time.

I have recently buy a new razer blackmamba wireless 2018 mouse,and i have installed synapse 3.0 with it. After i find for a good price a blackwidow ultimate 2016 keyboard,but synapse 3.0 don't recognize it. I have installed synapse 2.0 at the same time with 3.0 and the problem is solved,all perfect functionally,keyboard and mouse.
