Synapse won't see my keyboard after recent update


Hi, I was using my Gamepad (Tartarus Pro) for a while without any issues. Then I get this update to Version:

3.5.331.33010 and now, every time I start my pc and go into game, My game pad don't respond/work. I then go into the Synapse Software and it's not even showing on there under devices. In fact, Devices don't even show. Is there a way to go backwards to another version or is there a know issue and fix for it? I have not tried to uninstall it and reinstall it yet. I will do that now. but thought I would post this in the mean time.



I also checked for windows updates and there weren't any.

Same Problem with Tartarus V2
So far, I just uninstalled it and restarted it, then I reinstalled it. Let's see what happens. But I won't be able to, till tomorrow.

So far, the uninstall and re-install worked, for me..Hasn't done it yet. I'll keep you informed..
Update: Still don't work. I just preformed a clean install of Windows 10. It seems as if the software don't see the connected device. I have to unplug it and plug it back in, in order for it to work. Any ideas?
I just installed drive booster, but nothing, uninstall and reinstall but nothing, and when connect usb, appear blue screen, i think this going to be my last razer device.

I feel your pain. This was/is my first Razer product. It's not even a month old yet! I haven't gotten much support in here on this. So I'm left out in the dark. I'm also in the market for a new gaming mouse and headset. So, it's not looking very likely that I'll chose a Razer product going forward. Unless something changes very soon.
