synapse wont fking open

seriously? after so many years this shit is still happening? do i have to regret again buying razer stuff? synapse wont open, and theres literally no official solution to this? how many people post here that it doesnt work and nones answering. yeah im angry u guessed it. so whats the fix? anybody? dont bring my windows has no licence pls. some other solution what actually makes sense
