Synapse3 doens´t install | Razer Insider

Hello everyone,
I just got my Blackshark V2 Pro 2023. Inserting the dongle for the first time triggered a setup process which failed. Furthermore, after downloading the Synapse3 Software i can t install it. neither as administrator nor through a batch command. Of course I restarted my PC multiple times, disconnected everything Razer related but still no luck. Also no Razer background tasks are running

My system is running Win 11 and contains the latest and greatest Hardware as well as drivers. Can anyone help me out?

UPDATE:
I tried the same on my brand new Gaming Notebook as well running the latest and greatest Hardware and Drivers, exactly the same issue.

Any antivirus software is not blocking the installation on both PCs?

None, also no entries in the Event viewers. There are also no Razer files created on any system

And you’ve downloaded the installer from: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3 ?

When running it be sure, that AV or Firewall software is disabled for a moment of installation.
