The remapping function for my Japanese layout keyboard suddenly stopped working. I'm using a Razer BlackWidow Lite JP. Synapse recognizes the JIS keys, but no matter what function I assign to them, it doesn't work.
When this happened, the profile containing the remaps for JIS-specific keys was completely reset.
Until now, the JIS keys had always worked with remapping.
I deleted all Razer files and reinstalled, but it didn't change anything.
I updated to Synapse 4 a month ago.
If anyone has any information, please help.
