synapse4 say my device(basilisk ultimate) is sleep mode. even it is not.

i connected usb to my pc and install synapse4. but it keep saying that my device is sleep mode. i tried my device update and connect usb to anther port but all of my effort did not work at all. what should i do? sorry my English.
