Once again my shortcuts have disappeared from my game profile. It's unbelievable, I feel like I have this problem all the time. And this time it's not because of a Razer Synapse update. This morning everything was fine, but now my shortcuts have disappeared, and no, I'm not disconnected from the internet, and no, there hasn't been a Windows or Synapse update, and yes, it was working fine yesterday, and yes, my Windows is up to date, just like my Synapse.
When I think that I switched from Corsair iCue to Razer Synapse, well, I didn't have nearly as many problems with iCue. Yes, because it's your Synapse software that keeps causing all these issues.
Please investigate this recurring bug and let me know what diagnostic logs you need.
