Hello guys. I have a 2018 blade 15 and the ssd has failed. I am planning on replacing it but wondering if the System Recovery Image downloaded from here also installs Windows to the new ssd, or do I need to purchase Windows again?

any updates on this? I did as the instructions on the support article How to create and use a system recovery stick for the Razer Blade and it didnt restore anything all it made was a backup of the current os not clear instructions.

Windows serial key is stored into UEFI BIOS, so it’ll automatically activate.

Blade comes with home version from what I know. Did you’ve done clean install from ISO (downloaded from Microsoft?). Or it’s the image you’ve downloaded from Razer.com?
