System Recovery Image Online Service does not recognize the laptop serial number

I have a Razer Blade 16 (2025 Model) laptop. It's installed with Ubuntu, and I'd like to restore Windows 11 using the Razer Blade System Recovery Image Online Service. Unfortunately, after entering the correct serial number, I get a message that the serial number is invalid. I've tried various combinations, replacing the zeros with Os, with no success. I need Razer support, but to use it, I also need to provide the serial number, so that's currently impossible.

 

By the way, the page https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/index contains an incorrect link to "How to find the serial number." It now redirects to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5481 ("How to identify a Razer Blade model"), when it should be https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548 ("How to find the serial, product, or part number on a Razer device").

I understand that you’re trying to restore Windows 11 on your Razer Blade 16 (2025 Model) using the System Recovery Image Online Service, but the tool refuses to recognize your correct serial number. 

Please send me a PM with your device’s serial number along with a screenshot of the error message you receive when entering it, so I can verify the serial number in our system and take a closer look to assist you further.
