System recovery stuck at 0% for 1.5 hours.
Hello everyone, so i decided to factory reset my razer blade 15 because it was giving me trouble with a game and microsoft word and it has been stuck at 0% for over 1.5 hours. I do not know what to do, any suggestions?

clean install ... in doubt !
and find someone who kann help you understanding the processes and finding solutions without groping in the dark ...
