System Recovery stuck at 31%

Hey all, I just acquired a used Blaze Razer Stealth 13 (2019). But, then I wanted to restore the computer to its factory settings and ... well I've downloaded the recovery image on a USB stick and tried twice do recover it but it's just stuck at 31%. I let it go for a whole night, because sometimes it just freezes temporarily but I think it's just stuck. Anyone got the same problem and solved it?
