The College I work at has bought 5 Razer Blade 14 laptops in 2022 for our gaming program. I have been tasked with making them work with our Azure system. Since the laptops were purchase the hard drives have been formatted and had a fresh copy of windows installed. I wish to start fresh and followed the (incorrect) instructions to create a usb system recovery disk which hangs at “copying files 25%”

Is there any method to move beyond this problem?
