Hello - I had installed Windows 10 Pro when I received my Razer laptop. Now, I'd like to restore it to factory default. I'm following the instructions in this article (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044/~/how-to-create-and-use-a-system-recovery-stick-for-the-razer-blade) but they don't work. When I get to Step 4 to create the recovery drive using Windows, it wipes the drive and reformats the USB stick to Fat32. The Razer recovery files are not on the USB drive and can't be copied over because the USB stick is formatted for FAT32 and not NTFS. Would someone be able to help me get my system back to factory default? Thanks.

PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade so I can check its model specifications and forward your concern to the Software Team if necessary. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
