T key wont work

My T key will work sometimes and sometimes wont work at all and if it does work it will spam multiple or stutter in-between I've tried everything someone help please.

    Which keyboard do you have exactly?

    Is something spilled on the keyboard? Have you tried it on another PC without Synapse running?

    The razer huntsman mini i dont have another pc nor do i think i spilled anything on it
