Hello everyone, I need some help with this issue. My Razer gaming chair broke, the base where the wheels are attached just broke, and now the gas lift cylinder has dropped all the way down to the floor. I’m not sure what to do. Are there any replacement parts you could recommend? I don’t want to throw the chair away — that would be a shame.
Another Razer product that leaves much to be desired. I weigh only 50 kg, the chair isn’t even used every day, and I never thought this would happen.🙄
