Tarok Pro X Razer Edition Gaming Chair broken

Honestly i went through the same issue with the same chair. Neither Razer nor Zen did anything to replace any parts or validate any warranty. I just bought a metal base that can hold over 300 lbs and cut my losses. The chair has been great ever since i replaced my own base with a stronger and more sturdy one. Its a shame too that these companies do this to consumers who actually like and buy their products. Hope this helps you out!

Hello, same issue here, can anyone help with that? Like a link to what to buy for replacement would be great. Thank you for any help! The whole thing seems pretty stuck, I think I have to replace all the down part of the chair, but I can't find a spare tilt mechanism for this chair

I have the same issue with a Razer Tarok Pro X Razer Edition chair and I'm hoping someone can help identify compatible replacement parts.

The wheel base has cracked and the entire lower assembly is now effectively unusable. The gas lift appears to be seized to the tilt mechanism, and despite multiple attempts I have been unable to separate the components.

I have already found replacement parts for the base, gas lift and cover, but I am struggling to determine whether the tilt mechanism is a standard part or if it is specific to the Tarok Pro.

Has anyone successfully repaired a Tarok Pro and can provide:

• A link to a compatible replacement tilt mechanism
• The mounting dimensions of the original mechanism
• Any compatible aftermarket parts (base, gas lift or mechanism)
• Photos or part numbers of components that worked

I am located in Switzerland, so EU suppliers would be particularly helpful.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
