Tartarus D-Pad not working after 3-4 seconds

So, my Tartarus v2 was working fine, but all of a sudden the D-Pad stopped working. If i disconnect the device and reconnect it, i have about 3-4 seconds of a working D-Pad. I tried another Tartarus from my other PC. It seems my Tartarus is working fine on the other PC, but all Tartarus connected to this one have the same Problem. I already deleted Synapse, because i thought that was the error and I already reset the Profiles. Nothing worked and i have no Idea where to look next.
