Dear Support,

 

since the last update from Win 11 the key 20 is not working anymore.

In the Synapse i can see below all keys on Tartarus : This assignment requires Razer Synapse.

But I am in Razer Synapse…..

 

But all keys are still working exept key 20.

I assigned SPACE to key 20. But with other assignments, problem on key 20 is still the same.

It is NOT a Hardware defect!

 

I deinstalled already Synapse and installed it again, but the problem is still the same.

 

So the question is

  1. why does the message appears?
  2. How to reactivate key 20
