Tartarus Pro 20th key water damaged | Razer Insider

Hi first post :

I spilled water by accident on the Thumb key of my Tartarus Pro ( the one with the optical switches, the 20ths key ). It went from seldom working to not working at all. Since warranty expired I disassembled it and tried to clean it, but it all looks good. Sometimes on cold days it starts to work again. What I would like to know :

- Is there something I could have overlooked? I fully disassembled it, even cleaned the ribbon connector. What I am looking for is something I should do, clean or pay attention to, that might let me fully restore it.

- Is there a way to repair it? I have basic knowledge of electronics.

- Could I use optical switches of other Razer products? I think a Huntsman version uses optical switches. Which products could work?

Since it is the most isolated key I belive it should be easy to replace it, BUT I can not find a way to purchase individual switches anywhere on Razer's website and to buy an used full unit to be send to my country is quite expensive ( Argentina ).

Thanks a lot for your time, I am open to other suggestions. Cheers.
