[Tartarus Pro] Can't use any macro with Synapse 3

Hi, I'm feeling really stupid but I'm not able to use any macro. I just tried to create a very simple one recorded a macro with just keystroke, writing test. Assigned the macro to a key when I press the previously assigned key... nothing happen. Just nothing. I tried to use the "text" feature : same issue - just nothing. I can assign a function or a keystroke to a key, but as soon as I assign a macro to a key, it just doesn't work. I must be missing something, it's driving me crazy. Please help Thanks ! Note : I previously used macro with my old Orbweaver and Synapse 2 without any issue.that's why I do not understand what's going on here...

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your gaming keypad's concern here. Have you tried replicating the issue by logging in as a guest user? Please reset your device via Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see if it helps. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
