I need the download of the tartarus pro dirver.
device manager is seeing my second tartarus pro device as HID Keyboard Device, and not as a tartarus pro.
I have no idea why the diver isnt up for download on the site.
and this is just to test and try and figure out my main issue, of synapse 3 not allowing me to assign macros to keys. I tried using the tech support chat, and their attempts made the issue worse.
then i made a video of the issue, and the escalated tech support doesnt even watch it to see the issue first hand.
