Tartarus Pro is unusuable with Latest Synapse update.

The latest Synapse Update has made my Tartarus Pro unusable with the Synapse Software installed. ( works fine if I uninstall Synapse but i loose all the software features i rely on. ) I also own a Razer Viper Ultimate Mouse. ( Mouse is working Fine. )

  1. Hypershift does not work with most keys. I even tried moving the Hypershift modifier to my mouse but the keys on the Tartarus Pro still won’t work. Hypershift gets stuck in Hypershift on and off sometimes too.
  2. The Tartarus Pro will randomly hit keys by itself and certain keys will go off multiple times with a single key press. ( again works fine with synapse uninstalled. )

I have uninstalled Synapse multiple times with Revo Uninstaller and done a full clean install. I have even, not logged in to my account and set up my devices as a guest account in case it was a profile error and i get the same result.

Is there anyway to roll back the drivers????? I can’t believe that i can’t find a way to install older Synapse 3.

My problem with synapse 4 is the programmed keys. I did the key bind transfer like it said when I updated to Synapsis 4 from 3.  I turned on synapse 4  went to play a game and saw multiple key binds (1) (2) for ALL if my key binds. I picked on clicked on game and when I went into the game the Tartarus showed the “Default” key bind settings. “ok” I thought, I clicked on Synapses 4 ( I have multiple screens) it showed that the synapses key bindings were on the game I was playing. I click back on the game screen and the synapses goes back to the default key setting. So I deleted all setting for that game and rebound them . Guess what? When I restarted the game SAME FN THING!!!! clicked on the setting for the game looked ok clicked on game and synapse 4 reset to default with no key binds. Clicked out of game it then showed the key binds for the game I was in , clicked on game and it went back to default key setting…..   WTF!!!!!!!  I have been using razer products for years loved and recommended your product to everyone but between the Tartarus v2 and the troubles I’m having with my  Kraken v3 pro headset randomly turning off ( even when fully charged) I am seriously thinking about changing to another product and no longer recommending ANY razer products.

I am having similar problems. At first it was my Levaithan sound bar that stopped working. It at least partially works now, but not headset.

My biggest problem is that it was an absolute nightmare to migrate my profiles. Now I have two copies of every game profile for my Tartarus Pro and I can be in the middle of a game and the profile just randomly reverts to standard layout. 

The software is abominable. I literally only use razer for the Tartarus Pro. I mistakenly bought the leviathan and have had nothing but issues with it since day one.

Please god… let someone else make a good keypad….

Is this why I have to rebind up down left right to up down left right? It really doesn't make sense I rebind it the same as the default. So confusing.
