I recently got a Kraken V4 Pro, so I had to switch to Synapse 4. Now any migration files or even if I do a new profile and program the keys on my Tartarus Pro, they will not take. I have tried unplugging, restarting, clean re-install using the guide and doing every step. Nothing seems to work, I really like this headset, but I need my Tartarus more. Am I really going to have to return these? Or is there a solution? I have not seen one yet.
Tartarus works with Synapse 3, so not device.
