Tartarus Pro keys 01-20 keys dont work, everything else does

This seems to have happened after the V4 update.
Everything seems fine and its still connected, lit up and responds with the wheel and directional pad.   But none of the keys work anymore.  Ive tried everything I can think of to fix it but nothing works so far.  It just stopped responding.

    Clean install. Driver cleaner.
