Tartarus Pro losing profile mapping all the time

I need to open synapse (v 3.6.1130.111217) and click on the device card, then close synapse, open it again and click on the card again before the mapping is active. Then, later I need to do it again if I close the synapse window. Synapse loads at startup but the mapping doesn't apply unless I do the above all the time. I have Windows 10. PS - maybe buy the licence / patent for the Logitech G13 technology and produce that since it also had internal memory which saved the profiles and was working without the software.
