Using the Tartarus Pro up until about a week ago, my d-pad binding now no longer work in Fortnite or any application.
Please solve this ASAP, this is useless otherwise.

Same here, I actually just bought the device a few weeks ago, then I returned it and got a replacement thinking it was broken, low and behold its the freaking Synapse software! RAZER fix this ASAP, I am so frustrated with this device as it’s useless without being about to save my keybinds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
