My game hard crashed, and I had to hard restart my pc due to a new ram install and some sort of issues with my set up. On start up, the game pad lights up like normal, I jump in a game, and no response from the keyboard, other than the d-pad where the thumb sits. Seems Razor says my device is out of warranty, so I no longer receive free support? They directed me to this forum.

I just completely removed the device and restarted the machine. Problem solved.
